The Otto’s family would like to extend our most sincere congratulations to Dealer Principal, Sonia Koller, as a recipient of the 2022 Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) Laureate in Retail Operations. This award highlights outstanding achievement within a dealership, which exemplifies customer service, satisfaction and loyalty, achieving superior market and franchise performance.
The CADA Laureate Program Nominees are submitted by their industry peers from a pool of over 3,000 dealers across Canada. 
The Otto’s family would also like to congratulate 2022 Ambassador Laureate recipient Frank Howard (Capital Auto Group) and Innovator Laureate recipient Adil Ahamed (Destination Auto Group).
